researchers using video equipment pose as your clients. This unique insight will
allow you to observe your staff performance in their working environment, and
not in a training role play situation.
The results are delivered to you on a medium of your choice (VHS, VDC or
DVD) with an accompanying report in a format of your choosing.
Report based Mystery
Shopping
