When Checkout UK was first established back in 2002, our vision was to drive up standards of customer service

We're now in our ninth year as a mystery shopping company and little has changed in that respect – quality customer service is still our goal. We continue to pride ourselves on the excellence of our products and our flexible approach. And, as always, design our bespoke programmes with due deference to law and privacy. In other areas, however, we’re continually changing. Our client portfolio grows year upon year, we regularly introduce new services, and we’re always ready to embrace new systems and technologies.
